The gift of NSP: Shobizz š
The life of the party!
If you've been following my past articles, this name should definitely ring a bell. A man of many names and talents. Need a plug for anything? Shobizz knows someone.
The thing about Shobizz is that you can't put him in a boxāheās just fluid. My guy is built like a politician but plays football exceptionally well. That's how surprising he can be to someone meeting him for the first time.
The first time I met Shobizz was with his best friend, Wills (stay tuned, I'll write about him soon). We were all new students at NUTM, and during registration at the lounge, I was trying to get my things sorted when I noticed these two unusual guys just chatting and laughing. Like, guys, we just got hereāhow can you bond so quickly? ššš Little did I know I was witnessing a decade-long friendship.
Photography, sports, media, entertainment, politics, religionāyou name it, Shobizz is into it! Itās no wonder he's part of the No Pressure Boys. You can't expect someone like him to be just a bookworm šš. But donāt be fooled by appearancesāhave you seen his grades?! In fact, I think Iāll stop talking about grades because it's a given. NUTM scholars are so incredibly intelligent that the school had to use a different grading system. The typical score-based grading just wasnāt going to cut it.
Shobizz's dedication to God is unmatched. Heās sound and very passionate about the things of God. He might not know it, but I looked up to him. I started attending the same church he went to at school because I wanted to know what they were doing to be both successful and dedicated. I loved my time at TCN (The Covenant Nation). I always looked forward to church service, especially Pastor Pojuās sermon every Sunday. I think if I had stayed longer at NUTM, I might have become a worker at the churchāthatās how much I loved it.
I'm grateful to have spent a year with folks like Osobisi. He showed me that I can be versatile and still excel at whatever I put my hands to.
P.S. If you know me professionally, youāve probably noticed that very bougie and clean photo of me in a suit. Yup, Shobizz shot it. If you need professional shots like that, you know what to do š.
